Mr. Nazir Khan Founder of Heywad Foundation is a Qualified Chartered Accountant has served multiple National and International organization in decision making and Policy Making. He has diversified experiences in Field of Project Management, Financial Management and Internal Controls. He has worked as Director Finance with “Baacha Khan Trust Educational Foundation (BKTEF)” and Abaseen Trust of Medical Sciences. Previously he was worked with renowned Accountancy firm M/S “KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co” Islamabad where he conducted consultancy services for National and International Organizations.
Mr. Khadim Hussain
Director
Khadim Hussain worked as Managing Director of the Baacha Khan Trust Educational Foundation (BKTEF) Peshawar for ten years. He taught Linguistics and Communication at Bahria University Islamabad, Pakistan, and taught language and linguistics at the department of Linguistics Qauid-e-Azam University Islamabad. Khadim Hussain has five books and dozens of research papers to his credit. “Rethinking Education- Critical Discourse and Society” was published in 2012, “The Militant Discourse” was published in 2013, an Urdu novel “Pagdandi” was published in 2014, Pashto books ‘Zhaba, Qaam Aw Adab’ and ‘Adam Tashaddud: Madkoora Aw taglara’ were published in Jan 2020 by the Baacha Khan Research Center. Khadim Hussain regularity contributed to the editorial pages of Dawn for several years. He has read out his papers on extremism, political process, social trends, cultural diversity and education in scores of National and international conferences.

Mr. Muhammad Ilyas is a development Economist, Educationist, and Researcher. Working as Professor in Higher Education Department, and has published so many articles in renowned articles related to Economics of education and developmental economics. He has vast experience in data analysis and also worked as data analyst in many non Profit Organizations. He is actively engage in policymakers, international organizations, and NGOs to influence economic policies and contribute to sustainable development.
Mr. Zeeshan Aziz

Mr Zeeshan Aziz have MBBS degree from Ayub Medical College Abbottabad with good academics & have FCPS in Orthopaedics. He has worked in state of the art hospitals of the province such as Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar. Previously he has worked as lecturer at Jinnah Medical College Peshawar. I worked as a lecturer at Jinnah Medical College Peshawar, he has also worked with Jawand welfare society as advisor on prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and C.
Mr. Muhammad Rashid
Accountant
Mr. Muhammad Rashid, a Qualified Management Accountant from CIMA (UK) and a business consultant. He embarked his career in Islamic finance industry at Pak Qatar Family Takaful Limited, steadily progressing to the position of GM-North at IGI Life Insurance Limited. Additionally, he is passionate entrepreneur, serving as the co-founder of AJ Marts (Private) Limited. Beyond my professional endeavours, He has dedicated expertise as an independent consultant and board member at Creative Consultant, a prestigious organization focusing on human rights, child labour, and tourism. In collaboration with UNICSO and WFP, I have contributed voluntarily to address these crucial issues.
Ms Nida Noreen

Ms Nida Noreen is qualified communication designer and worked as lecture in the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology. She has attended multiple national and International conferences on the women development and actively involved in the Visual designing form last 8 years. Presently we are working on developing creative, tech-based solutions to society problems faced by women.

Mr. Taufeeq Khan is a civil Engineer and done alot of construction project and having vast experience in industrial Infrastructure ,autocade software , Etab software and arc software and done alot of projects for many clients nationally and international. Currently he is the Director of Sahibzada Consultants (Private) Limited.

Ms Sumbal Ali is Qualified MBBS doctor done his graduation from Khyber Medical University. She is professional and adequately skilled in medical field with experience in the different field of medicine. She is currently doing FCPS and also aims to serve the society. She has worked with different organization in Drugs Preventions.
